Continuous Improvement Specialist - TREX (Transportation Excellence)

Role Overview

The TREX (Transportation Excellence) Field Support, known internally as the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist, plays a crucial role in driving process standardization and operational optimization across delivery stations in Saudi Arabia (SA) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-ground contact supporting station management with process improvement initiatives and benchmarking activities.
• Implement effective change management processes and contribute to network-wide standardization by sharing best practices.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success by analyzing station and route performance indicators.
• Develop and execute action plans to elevate current operations to benchmark performance levels.
• Drive the quality agenda to ensure successful order fulfillment, positively impacting overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English: capable of speaking, writing, and reading at an advanced level.
• Preferred experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvement projects and support processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven result orientation.
