About the Company

Your Reformer is a major Australian brand in the Pilates reformer space, known for premium equipment supplied to studios, wellness businesses, and commercial clients across Australia and in international markets.

The company is expanding globally and is seeking a Content Videographer & Editor to craft video stories that highlight studio achievements, customer results, partnership stories, product development, and the businesses growing with Your Reformer.

This position is designed to strengthen brand visibility, support lead generation, assist sales conversations, and contribute to commercial growth.

Role Overview

You will take ownership of video production for B2B marketing and sales activity, working across the full content lifecycle from planning and filming through to editing and delivery. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create engaging content for studio owners, commercial buyers, distributors, and industry partners.

You will produce a mix of customer stories, demonstrations, educational pieces, event coverage, and campaign materials that communicate the Your Reformer brand clearly and persuasively.

This role is full-time and hybrid, based at the company’s Mornington, Victoria headquarters. Candidates located elsewhere in Melbourne, and those seeking part-time arrangements, may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Content Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video assets that help generate leads, build brand presence, and support business expansion.
  • Create case studies, testimonials, studio features, and customer success stories.
  • Develop product demos, educational videos, installation guides, and training materials.
  • Record content with studio owners, instructors, distributors, and commercial partners.
  • Film on-site at customer premises, trade exhibitions, live events, launches, and internal initiatives.

Sales & Marketing Content

  • Produce video for paid media, email campaigns, landing pages, social platforms, and sales support.
  • Build both short-form and long-form content suited to different points in the buyer journey.
  • Assist with tailored video assets for major account opportunities when needed.
  • Adapt core footage into multiple outputs to increase reach and performance across channels.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Turn raw footage into polished, professional, brand-aligned final videos.
  • Prepare versions optimized for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, websites, and email marketing.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, music, and visual enhancements where appropriate.
  • Manage projects from initial concept through final handover.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to uncover content opportunities.
  • Convert business goals into compelling visual stories.
  • Bring forward creative ideas that support campaigns and commercial outcomes.
  • Keep current with content trends, video formats, and best practices in B2B marketing.

Asset Management

  • Keep footage libraries and project files organised and accessible.
  • Maintain content archives and reusable assets.
  • Ensure all outputs remain consistent and compliant with brand standards.

Experience and Skills Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in videography, content creation, or video production.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, marketing, or brand-focused work.
  • Confident use of Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on experience using professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Strong narrative skills and the ability to create content that resonates with professional audiences.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and solid project coordination skills.
  • Comfort working both strategically and in execution mode.
  • Experience producing content for B2B brands is highly regarded.
  • Background in fitness, wellness, franchising, hospitality, or commercial equipment is a plus.
  • Motion graphics and animation skills, especially in After Effects, are advantageous.
  • Photography experience is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and content performance measurement is desirable.
  • Experience filming live events, trade shows, or customer-site content is beneficial.
