Role overview
This contract position is for a senior-level designer supporting a Products & Industries creative team in San Francisco, CA. The work centers on turning complex marketing challenges into strong design solutions across digital and print channels.
What you will do
- Build marketing assets such as campaign materials, e-books, email creative, social content, webpages, and presentation decks.
- Develop engaging visual experiences for major events, including Dreamforce.
- Partner with internal teams to shape consistent design direction for email programs and website updates.
- Handle several client projects at once while keeping deliverables on schedule throughout the contract.
- Design and present clear, persuasive decks that explain creative ideas and solutions.
- Give direction to outside collaborators, including vendors and freelancers, with actionable feedback and creative guidance.
What we are looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Comfort using AI-based workflows, especially Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
- Exposure to After Effects is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of design experience, backed by a portfolio that shows both digital and print work.
- Ability to work well with clients and internal creative teams.
- Strong concept development skills and willingness to explore new approaches.
- Good awareness of current design trends and standard best practices.
- Clear, professional communication and the confidence to explain design decisions.
- Self-driven, organized, efficient, and able to manage work independently.
- Genuine interest in design growth and taking on fresh challenges.
Compensation and benefits
The hourly pay range for this role is $45.00 to $47.00. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for work beyond 40 hours per week, or as required by applicable law. Final pay within the stated range depends on relevant skills, education, and experience.
