About the Role

FairPlay Brands seeks a dynamic and resourceful Content & Social Media Executive to elevate the content across its expanding portfolio of consumer brands based in Manchester. This role suits a creative individual who is organized, confident, and passionate about producing captivating social media content, attuned to trends, and comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop captivating content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and various social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos such as Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
• Appear confidently in video content when required.
• Generate new ideas and respond swiftly to emerging trends and viral moments.
• Maintain and manage a detailed content calendar for consistent publishing.
• Schedule and distribute content across all social channels.
• Craft engaging captions specific to each platform's audience.
• Identify and connect with influencers and content creators aligned with brand values.
• Cultivate and sustain strong collaborative relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
• Network both virtually and in person to discover collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate gifting, influencer collaborations, and campaign-related initiatives.
• Track social media trends, competitor activity, and uncover new engagement opportunities.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages actively.
• Collaborate closely with teams on product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
• Support photoshoots and organized content creation days.
• Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to enhance content and audience engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Highly creative, proactive, and full of innovative ideas.
• Strong enthusiasm for social media, content production, and fashion industry trends.
• Confident on-camera presence and comfortable featuring in content.
• Proven experience producing engaging Instagram and TikTok content.
• Advanced filming and editing skills with software like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Effective communicator skilled in relationship building and networking.
• Good understanding of influencer marketing and current social media trends.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

• Existing connections with influencers or content creators.
• Photography or videography experience.
