Operating with a small, agile team, your contributions will have immediate visibility across social media, website, and in-store environments.
Role Overview
This position blends creative content creation with operational coordination, ideal for someone early in their career. The role involves creating various social media content including on-camera appearances modeling jewelry, and managing precise product imagery and web content such as line sheets where accuracy is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, shoot, edit, and publish social media content, including selfie-style videos and photos modeling jewelry.
- Capture white-background product photographs for online and stock use, following detailed guidelines (training provided).
- Maintain and update web content and line sheets with strict accuracy standards.
- Create and edit video content for social media and internal training materials.
- Organize and oversee professional photoshoots, coordinating with vendors, managing schedules, and handling budgets.
- Provide customer assistance in the retail store as necessary.
- Support brand identity and creative direction consistently across all platforms.
- Travel occasionally for events and trade exhibitions.
Candidate Profile
- Between 0 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or related disciplines.
- Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, with regular modeling of jewelry on hands, neckline, and face.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Canva, with video editing capabilities using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Strong attention to detail, capable of identifying errors such as typos, incorrect SKUs, or pricing inconsistencies.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-through skills, able to work independently.
- Understanding of branding, visual aesthetics, and content performance drivers.
- Friendly and professional when engaging with luxury retail clientele.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing and able to work fully on-site in Miami Beach with periodic travel commitments.
Work Philosophy
Accent on quality and consistency in all tasks, summarized as: "How you do anything is how you do everything."
Compensation and Terms
- Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, dependent on experience.
- Full-time, in-office position located in Miami Beach.
- Occasional travel required for participation in events and trade shows.
