About the Position

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a remote contract AI Trainer to join their team as a Content Reviewer. This role involves detailed video content analysis aimed at improving AI models. The compensation ranges between $40 and $80 per hour with a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

Responsibilities

Analyze and label short video clips in line with specific project instructions and objectives.
Implement prompt engineering methods to produce high-quality data for artificial intelligence training.
Utilize precise timestamping techniques to identify important events or frames within the videos.
Ensure uniformity and meticulous attention when handling large quantities of video annotation tasks.
Collaborate remotely with other contributors and coordinators for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
Conduct self-audits to confirm precision and completeness of all annotations submitted.

Requirements

Strong command of English with the ability to follow detailed and complex written directives.
High focus on detail and dedication to delivering consistent, quality outcomes.
Experience or familiarity with video annotation software or related data labeling tools.
Proven ability to manage time effectively when dealing with repetitive or high-volume assignments.
Background in AI training, content moderation, or quality assurance is advantageous.
