Position Overview

Seeking a Business Operations Manager with expertise in AI strategy to join a remote team on an hourly contract basis. This role focuses on evaluating and enhancing AI-generated business strategies and operational content by leveraging extensive experience in business operations, strategy, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and provide detailed feedback on AI-produced business strategy and operational documents.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, conduct benchmarking analyses, and design strategic frameworks.
• Create, refine, and critically appraise executive-level presentations, reports, and analyses.
• Ensure the accuracy and practical relevance of outputs generated by AI tools.
• Apply business, operational, and financial acumen to enhance AI model effectiveness.
• Identify and propose improvements to business processes through AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to guarantee alignment of deliverables with overarching business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive background in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, product strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Proven experience utilizing AI productivity applications such as ChatGPT or Claude in a professional environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities and sound business judgment to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency in developing business cases, conducting benchmarking, and formulating strategic recommendations.
• Expertise in preparing and reviewing high-level presentations and business documents.
