Job description

Role overview

H&M is hiring a Content Production Manager to shape and adapt marketing and in-store communication assets, working with media and production partners to deliver polished, on-brand materials. In this position, you will help keep store communications effective by coordinating asset production, digital content requirements, and feedback from store teams.

This is an on-site position based at H&M’s Toronto Support Office and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate the adaptation and rollout of globally initiated campaigns across media and in-store communication touchpoints, making sure they support brand and campaign objectives.
  • For local tactical initiatives, organize and oversee asset creation or localization across multiple channels in line with the local marketing calendar.
  • Stay closely aligned with the local day-to-day plan so you can anticipate asset requirements for paid media and store communications, while remaining current on global channel playbooks, media formats, and store formats.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of global store communication strategy, including placement and execution standards.
  • Work in partnership with Media Leads, media agencies, production teams, and vendors to brief, monitor, and approve asset production and adaptation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for media agencies on formats, campaign materials, and asset specifications.
  • Coordinate the production of store communication materials in collaboration with Store Visual teams.
  • Brief the Store Visual team on POS plans and campaign quantities, feed requirements for local digital-screen content into production, and gather in-store feedback on communications and asset allocation for sharing with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Media, Production Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid knowledge of paid media formats such as TV, OOH, OLV, display, social, and print.
  • Working knowledge of retail store communication formats and production processes.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, content production, or media roles, either on the agency side or client side.
  • Experience in fashion retail or a similar environment.
