Job description
About Teaching Socials
Teaching Socials is positioned as a leading consulting company for personal brands in the German-speaking market. The team consists of 25 high performers and has grown from zero to a consistent monthly revenue of over €750,000 within two years. The company helps entrepreneurs in real estate and finance increase their visibility, win more customers in a predictable way, and scale their businesses.
The role
In this position, you will be the person who keeps content production running smoothly. You make sure every shoot is prepared, every ad and video is released on time, and every event is documented properly. The creative team brings the ideas; you turn them into something executable, organized, and delivered on schedule. When you step into the room, everything should already be under control.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare shoots by creating production plans and shot lists, sharing scripts, clarifying locations, and arranging props and equipment early enough so nothing is missing on set.
- Manage the production pipeline for videos and ads through a structured, timed process while keeping deadlines secure and progress visible at all times.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver event production work such as customer testimonials, after movies, and on-site capture.
- Handle sourcing and coordination for vendors, equipment, and crew with enough lead time to avoid last-minute issues.
- Act as the reliable link between content and marketing so handovers are orderly, timed, and not dependent on ad hoc communication.
- Keep full ownership of all active productions so that nothing is overlooked or left behind.
Success metrics
- Shoots begin with complete preparation in place.
- Videos and ads are delivered on schedule.
- Event content is handed over reliably.
- Founders spend noticeably less time organizing sets.
- The production workflow becomes predictable instead of turning into last-minute chaos.
What the company offers
- Real responsibility and room to shape the role from day one.
- A rapidly growing company with a clear direction and a strong team.
- An environment where your content creates genuine reach and measurable outcomes.
- Flat hierarchy and short communication paths to editing, social, and leadership teams.
- Modern equipment, professional systems, and a digital working environment.
Why Teaching Socials
- 100% remote work, with shoot or event presence when needed.
- Direct collaboration with some of the biggest personal brands in the DACH region and the opportunity to make a real impact.
- Space for self-realization and strong personal ownership.
- Fast internal implementation of ideas in a young, growth-oriented environment.
- Compensation above the market average.
- Opportunities for growth and for contributing to a shared mission.
- Investment in skill development.
- Four team events per year.
Values
The company refers applicants to the Teaching Socials Manifest.
Application requirements
Applicants should submit a CV, relevant production references showing shoots, events, or content pipelines they have owned, and a written answer to the following prompt: describe a complex shoot or event that you managed from preparation through delivery, and explain how you made sure nothing was forgotten.
Preferred background
- Hands-on production experience in the creator or agency environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of editing concepts such as timing, B-roll cues, and captions is helpful for planning, even though execution is not required.
- Experience in event production is a plus.
- Experience in finance or real estate, or transferable knowledge in those fields, is beneficial.
Not the right fit
- Creative professionals who really want to direct, edit, or handle strategy themselves.
- People who work reactively and treat chaos as normal.
- Traditional office managers without a production or shoot background.
- People who need constant instructions instead of driving tasks independently.
- People who are only looking for a job and do not want to grow.
