While these brands maintain unique identities and target audiences, they are united by a shared dedication to outstanding coffee quality, ethical sourcing practices, and supporting customer success.
Role Overview
The Content Producer is a mid-level creative role tasked with shaping visual and video content for both Volcano Coffee Works and Assembly Coffee. You will produce high-quality photography, videos, and polished assets that consistently follow brand guidelines. Working closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce teams, you will ensure content is publication-ready and support brand growth through frequent updates on ecommerce platforms, wholesale collaborations, and event activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product photography, video, and lifestyle visuals for Volcano Coffee Works’ ecommerce, WeWork partnerships, and wholesale channels.
- Create diverse advertising formats by adapting current ecommerce content, ensuring all assets align with brand standards.
- Produce event and partnership content that reinforces brand positioning and extends engagement post-activation through social media and collateral.
- Generate instructional videos related to tasting and thought leadership to support wholesale initiatives.
- Capture and produce content for Assembly Coffee’s ecommerce and wholesale events, including UK and occasional European regional activations, including travel for event coverage.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to prioritize and manage content production across multiple brands, adjusting focus based on seasonal and event-driven demands.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience professionally producing content with specialization in photography and videography.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop; skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects are advantageous.
- Strong photography skills encompassing product, lifestyle, event, and environmental subjects.
- Capability to shoot and edit video from raw footage to final cut.
- Proven ability to consistently apply brand guidelines and utilize design templates for efficient asset creation.
- Comfortable managing content across varying brand tones and identities with little supervision for routine tasks.
- Flexibility to travel for event coverage including day trips and occasional overnight stays.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering flawless final assets.
- Self-directed, managing workflow effectively over several projects and brands.

- Start date available immediately.
- Competitive salary aligned with experience, complemented by performance-based bonuses.

- Complimentary breakfast and coffee provided onsite.

- Generous leave package including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and 2 mental health days annually.
