Your Mission

In this role, you will help grow the brand’s TikTok presence and engage the community through original, authentic video content. You will own the TikTok channel, contribute new content concepts, and appear on camera for videos and live streams.

You will handle the full TikTok content workflow, from trend scouting and idea development to captions, production, editing, and final publishing-ready content.

Work Setup

The position is based at the Frankfurt HQ. The team works together in the office three days per week and offers two flexible home office days. The company also operates in Berlin, and a hybrid setup is part of the working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the brand’s social media presence with a primary focus on TikTok
• Create inventive video ideas and test fresh content formats
• Appear confidently on camera for TikTok productions
• Track current TikTok trends and translate them into relevant brand content
• Plan content end to end, from concept to execution
• Write captions and supporting copy for posts and videos
• Produce TikTok videos from start to finish
• Edit and refine video footage
• Run live streams independently
• Create spontaneous behind-the-scenes and event content
• Help shape a brand presence that feels creative, approachable, and trend-aware

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in content production, video editing, or social media projects, whether personal, student-based, or professional
• Strong enthusiasm for TikTok, social media, creative video formats, and digital trends
• Comfort being in front of the camera and producing authentic content
• A sharp sense for TikTok trends, audience-focused storytelling, and creative execution
• Confident use of social media platforms, especially TikTok
• Interest in experimenting with new formats, using data to improve content, and continuously optimizing results
• A creative, structured, and independent working style
• High ownership, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility and contribute ideas
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and building a fast-growing D2C brand
• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
