GEN PLUS Group is hiring a creative, practical Content Creator / Social Media Manager to help shape the digital presence of a prominent automotive brand. The position suits someone with roughly 4 years of experience who is deeply familiar with social platforms, understands automotive culture, and can handle the full content process independently—from filming and editing to publishing, often using a mobile phone as the main production tool.

The main objective of the role is to produce social-first content that supports the client’s brand launch journey, showcasing key milestones, activations, events and brand stories in a way that builds awareness and drives engagement across digital channels.

Content creation

• Develop original, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social channels.
• Capture strong photo and video assets that support the brand’s launch journey, including events, activations, behind-the-scenes moments, brand storytelling and lifestyle content.
• Come up with creative concepts and content ideas that fit brand goals and audience preferences.
• Convert briefs into polished, publish-ready assets with fast delivery times.
• Produce social-first content intended to increase engagement, reach and audience interaction.

Content capture and production

• Attend brand events, activations, media appearances, client shoots and important campaign moments to gather content.
• Film product highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, lifestyle pieces and brand experience content.
• Work on both planned campaign content and timely reactive content opportunities.
• Keep content aligned with brand guidelines while ensuring it remains authentic, engaging and culturally relevant.
• Help create launch-focused content that builds anticipation and awareness around the brand.

Video editing and post-production

• Edit short-form videos with attention to pacing, storytelling and viewer retention.
• Add captions, transitions, music, graphics and motion effects whenever needed.
• Tailor content to each platform’s technical requirements and best practices.
• Deliver work quickly without compromising quality or brand consistency.

Social media management

• Handle daily social media activity across the client’s channels.
• Track trends and spot chances for reactive or trend-led content.
• Support community engagement and audience interaction when needed.
• Help maintain a steady and consistent brand voice across all social platforms.

Strategy and reporting

• Review content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience insights.
• Keep track of social media trends, creator activity and relevant industry updates.
• Contribute ideas that can improve audience growth, engagement and overall content impact.
• Support the wider team with content planning, campaign brainstorming and launch-related content strategy.

Requirements

• About 4 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content styles and formats.
• Proven ability to shoot and edit content independently.
• Strong video editing capability, including captions, transitions, pacing and basic motion effects.
• Good understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
• Comfort working in real-world settings such as dealerships, events and outdoor locations.
• Well-organised and able to manage several projects at the same time.
