- Keep the brand’s voice, visual style, and tone consistent across every channel.
- Monitor social performance data and share recurring insights and recommendations.
- Keep up with platform changes, emerging trends, and current best practices.
- Capture and edit photo and video assets in the office, warehouse, and at company events.
- Create content with customers and partners across the Los Angeles area.
- Produce and edit short-form, UGC-style videos that reflect trends and campaign direction.
- Turn marketing initiatives into social-first creative that is engaging and easy to share.
- Keep an organized archive of content assets for future use.
- Help manage influencer and affiliate efforts, including Shopify Collabs, Billo, and other partnerships.
- Support outreach to creators who fit the brand.
- Coordinate product seeding for launches and campaign activity.
- Track creator deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist with reporting on campaign and creator results.
- Support general marketing and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or both.
- Solid knowledge of social platforms, trends, and current best practices.
- Hands-on experience creating content; photo and video editing ability is preferred.
- Exposure to influencer or UGC platforms is beneficial.
- Comfort using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle several projects at once.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and switch priorities quickly.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret performance metrics and data.
- Background in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shoots, events, and warehouse work.
- Comfort lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, including samples, boxes, and basic production equipment.
- Willingness to work in both office and warehouse settings with changing temperatures and noise levels.
- Frequent use of computers, cameras, and mobile devices, plus the ability to bend, reach, and move around the workspace to capture content.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with at least two days each week in the office, plus additional on-site time when needed for content production, meetings, and events. The position also involves regular travel within the Los Angeles area for on-location shoots, customer engagement, and creator collaborations. The work setting is collaborative, fast-moving, and requires flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to shifting content priorities.
