Role Overview

This position is focused on creating social content that grabs attention, encourages engagement, and supports action. The role combines visual storytelling with platform-aware publishing to help content perform well across channels.

You’ll be expected to bring fresh creative thinking, understand how different social platforms work, and turn ideas into content that stands out in busy feeds.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media visuals and produce short-form videos
Craft compelling captions and supporting copy for posts
Upload and schedule content across relevant platforms
Rework assets so they fit each channel’s format and style
Keep up with current social content trends and best practices

Must-Have Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on content creation experience
Comfort using Canva or similar design software
Basic knowledge of video editing
Strong written communication and copywriting ability
Good understanding of native content styles on social platforms

Preferred Experience

Experience with photography
Exposure to motion graphics
Background in user-generated content creation
Experience producing content for influencers
Familiarity with TikTok and Reels formats
