Overview

The Agile Content Creation Engagement Team (ACCET) focuses on delivering branded content, promotional creatives, and social-first videos that engage audiences on an emotional and immediate level, crafting bold concepts across various platforms.

Role Responsibilities

• Create captivating content for television, social media, websites, and other channels that attracts and retains attention.
• Write scripts, shoot original footage, and edit a variety of visual content ranging from quick social media reels to longer branded videos.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and external clients to realize creative visions.
• Manage distribution of content assets throughout the network and monitor project deliverables utilizing Adobe Workfront.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for storytelling with a robust marketing perspective.
• Proficient camera operation and lighting techniques to enhance footage quality.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to both lead creative concepts and independently execute production shoots.
• A portfolio demonstrating effective content creation and innovation.
• Extensive experience handling broadcast and DSLR video cameras.
• Competence in scripting both short-form and long-form video pieces.
• Skilled at writing, shooting, and editing videos to tell compelling narratives.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, and composition.
• Advanced knowledge of post-production workflow, media management, and video encoding.
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects with different production styles, coupled with strong communication abilities.
• Expertise in high-definition camera operation, motion graphics, and creative lighting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Physical ability to handle equipment weighing over 40 pounds.
• Preferred college degree.
