- Adapt to rapid production changes and respond effectively to live or breaking news opportunities.
Candidate Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience creating and editing digital/social video content.
- Proficiency shooting with mobile-first setups (iPhone), DJI Osmo or equivalent gimbal stabilization systems, and DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Extensive field production expertise including coverage of live events, red carpets, and street interviews.
- Experience directing and lighting within studio environments.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Audition.
- Strong understanding of social media storytelling techniques including pacing, hooks, and sustaining audience engagement.
- Excellent visual framing, composition, audio, and lighting capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

- Familiarity with live production workflows and social publishing tools.
- Photography skills are considered an asset.
Success Criteria
- Consistent delivery of content that seamlessly integrates with social platforms’ native styles yet maintains high production values.
