Content Creator and Video Producer (1 Year Contract - Renewable)

Role overview

VDL ETG Singapore is looking for a creative, digitally fluent Content Creator and Video Producer who can develop strong visual stories that support the organisation’s values, culture, and business objectives. The role also includes building engaging learning content that helps employees grow through training and development materials.

What you will do

• Work with internal partners to shape concepts and turn ideas into scripted content that fits business priorities and brand direction.
• Create training videos using learning design methods and formats such as microlearning and scenario-led content.
• Coordinate with different teams to gather inputs, align on expectations, and produce content that is useful and relevant.
• Handle video planning, filming, and direction while maintaining strong standards for visuals, sound, and narrative flow.
• Refine and upgrade videos, including motion graphics, so the final output matches brand and quality benchmarks.
• Track schedules, manage vendors, and oversee deliverables to keep work moving efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• A degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
• You should bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in content creation and video production.
• A solid grasp of brand voice, tone, and visual identity is important for this role.
• You must be comfortable using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination abilities are essential.
• The role suits someone who is detail-focused, flexible, and willing to explore new tools and approaches.

Contract details

This position is offered as a 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
