Job Overview

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and well-organized Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to become part of our expanding team. This role involves overseeing the social media presence and content development for two client accounts, including content planning, video filming and editing, account management, and ensuring alignment with brand strategies and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media profiles of two designated clients.
• Design and maintain monthly content calendars for each client.
• Produce captivating content such as photos, videos, Reels, TikTok clips, Stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Film professional-grade content with smartphones or cameras.
• Edit short-form videos using software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Compose engaging captions in both Arabic and English.
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other pertinent platforms.
• Maintain consistency of content with each client's brand identity, voice, and marketing goals.
• Attend onsite client events, shoots, store visits, and field activities as needed.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather necessary information, products, and approvals.
• Engage and coordinate with influencers, bloggers, models, and other content creators when necessary.
• Work closely with Jumpcut’s design, production, strategy, and digital marketing teams.
• Keep up-to-date with current social media trends and propose innovative ideas.
• Track content performance, engagement metrics, reach, and audience growth.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages when required.
• Organize and maintain digital content files, footage, approvals, and scheduling information.
• Ensure timely delivery of all content within established deadlines.
• Provide support during campaigns, productions, and special projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possess strong enthusiasm for social media, content creation, marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Have a solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and short-form video trends.
• Ability to shoot high-quality content using smartphones or cameras.
• Possess basic to intermediate skills in video editing.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities in Arabic and English.
• Capable of managing content projects for two clients concurrently.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Be creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Comfortable working onsite at various client locations and events as needed.
• Reside in Jeddah and be available to work daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience through internships, freelance projects, university assignments, or personal content creation.
• A portfolio showcasing past photography, videography, social media, or creative work.
• Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.
• Experience creating content for industries such as beauty, fashion, restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, corporate, or personal care sectors.
• Knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, storytelling, video transitions, and trending social media formats.
• Comfortable appearing in video content when requested.

Additional Details

The position is full-time and requires working from the office in Jeddah with fixed hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Candidates must be based locally and able to attend shoots and events as necessary.
