The Dopamine Studio is a boutique fitness brand based in Kreuzberg, Berlin, focusing on boxing, strength training, and recovery services at Heat House, featuring sauna and ice bath facilities. The studio collaborates with adidas, organizes its own events, and is preparing to open a second location.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Content Creator to manage and develop Instagram content for both The Dopamine Studio and Heat House brands. The role involves being present daily at the studio, capturing real-time activities using phone-based devices, then editing and publishing engaging content, while also managing community interactions like direct messages and comments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the content calendar for both brands.
• Produce and edit Reels, photos, and Stories primarily with phone technology, capturing live moments at the studio.
• Deliver 3 to 4 posts per week for each brand.
• Coordinate shoot days collaboratively with a freelance videographer.
• Engage actively with the audience by handling DMs, comments, and fostering community involvement.
• Create visual graphics utilizing the brand’s Canva kit.

Candidate Profile

• Proven content creator with a portfolio demonstrating original Reels work.
• Strong visual awareness and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Strategic mindset with an ability to develop content formats and recurring series rather than isolated posts.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for sports, gym culture, and fitness is essential.

Additional Details

• This is a part-time position requiring 32 hours per week, based onsite in Kreuzberg.
• The work schedule is structured flexibly around class times, with mornings and evenings dedicated to studio presence, and midday hours free.
