This position offers the chance to influence how a major USA marketing organization understands consumers and shoppers. As the Consumer Insights Director for the USA, you will lead the insights strategy that helps shape brand direction, innovation choices, and investment decisions. The role has strong visibility and requires close collaboration with USA and global brand teams to combine consumer knowledge, category understanding, and marketing science into practical business decisions.

Core responsibilities

You will also promote marketing effectiveness by helping teams learn quickly, make better choices, and understand what truly drives business results. In addition, you will work as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and global stakeholders, bringing fresh perspectives, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities that strengthen the brand portfolio.

You should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and communicating with confidence, clarity, and strong storytelling. A blend of analytical discipline and curiosity about culture, trends, and future consumer behavior is important, along with a collaborative approach to working across local and global teams. The role is best suited to someone motivated by using insight to support brand growth and meaningful business impact.
