Role Overview

We are looking for a driven professional passionate about building relationships, achieving results, and developing new business. Your responsibility will be to expand and strengthen our network of partners, foster strategic connections, and oversee each phase of the sales process to deliver excellent experiences for both partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new partners including real estate agencies, construction companies, advisory firms, consultancies, and other related businesses.
• Conduct visits to partners and clients to maintain and grow relationships.
• Coordinate the collection of necessary documents from partners and clients.
• Supervise contract signing processes involving end customers and sellers.
• Provide training sessions to partners.
• Manage proposal submissions within the system, including organizing, attaching, and ensuring completion of required documentation.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports such as kilometer reimbursement sheets, partner lists, pipeline updates, and weekly planning documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Proven experience in commercial sales.
• Familiarity with real estate credit and understanding of property documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to results and goal-oriented mindset.
• Dynamic and determined personality traits.
