Job Overview
We are seeking qualified Consultants and Senior Consultants to guide students through a smooth application process for studying abroad, specifically targeting placements at UK institutions. This role involves providing mentorship and training to fellow counsellors by enhancing their product knowledge and supporting their continuous professional growth. Collaboration with the Team Leader and Branch Manager will also be essential to assist in client meetings, organize office activities, and foster team-building efforts. Strong communication capabilities are critical for success in this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in student inquiries, delivering thorough consultations regarding international study opportunities with an end-to-end service approach.
- Assess student eligibility and recommend the best suited country, course, and university or college options.
- Offer precise and detailed guidance on admission requirements, visa documentation, and other essential criteria.
- Oversee all facets of the admission workflow including university case filing, maintaining regular communication with students, visa application processing, and addressing any concerns students may have.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving policies, procedures, and requirements for destination countries.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students after their initial visit to ensure successful enrollment closures.
- Prepare management information system (MIS) reports as requested by leadership.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification is mandatory.
- Comprehensive understanding of overseas and domestic education frameworks.
- A minimum of three years of counselling experience, preferably within the education sector.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service as part of professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and resolving issues efficiently.
