Consultant - Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

Role Overview

The Consultant - Talent Acquisition (Non-IT) will collaborate directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from raising requisitions to successfully filling open roles.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment activities for assigned roles, including permanent and contract positions.
• Utilize internal databases, employee referral programs, paid job portals, and other internal resources to source suitable candidates.
• Engage with candidates effectively to ensure a comprehensive recruitment experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed to support recruitment efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and databases following established processes.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition-related projects assigned by management.
• Provide support to the HR Operations team aligned with business requirements.
