About Devika Multispeciality Hospital & Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.
Devika Multispeciality Hospital & Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. operates a 50-bed facility and delivers advanced diagnostic services at locations including Hanumakonda and is expanding with a new diagnostic center in SR Nagar, Hyderabad. The group offers MRI, CT, ultrasound, Doppler, X-ray, and laboratory tests emphasizing high-quality report accuracy, patient safety, and consultant-led clinical governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Autonomously interpret and provide reports for MRI, CT scans, X-rays, and other diagnostic imaging.
- Perform general ultrasound and color Doppler examinations independently.
- Assess imaging protocols and oversee technicians to ensure optimal image quality.
- Manage contrast procedures, patient screening, contrast safety, and readiness for emergencies.
- Promptly relay urgent or critical imaging results to referring doctors.
- Produce accurate, timely, and clinically relevant radiology reports consistently.
- Serve as Radiological Safety Officer for CT and X-ray services after formal AERB/eLORA approval.
- Oversee radiation safety practices including TLD monitoring, protective gear, QA documentation, staff adherence, and AERB inspections.
- Be designated as the radiologist/sonologist under the center's PC-PNDT registration.
- Ensure strict compliance with PC-PNDT regulations involving thorough documentation, Form F validation, declarations, record keeping, and inspection preparedness.
- Strictly prohibit prenatal sex determination or disclosure under any conditions.
- Engage in clinical audits, discrepancy evaluations, and quality improvement programs.
- Contribute to reporting needs across the Devika network during lighter onsite workloads.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBBS with MD or DNB in Radiodiagnosis from an accredited institute.
- Possess valid medical registration and practice eligibility in Telangana.
- Open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of experience after qualification.
- Proficient in ultrasound and color Doppler techniques is essential.
- Basic skills in interpreting CT and MRI scans are required.
- Prior experience or familiarity with Radiological Safety Officer duties and AERB/eLORA regulations is preferred.
- Candidates without existing RSO designation must be eligible and willing to undergo RSO certification and accept responsibility formally.
- Understanding of PC-PNDT documentation and Form F compliance is advantageous.
- Candidate must be willing and qualified to be officially listed in the center's PC-PNDT registration.
- Must be able to work full-time physically at SR Nagar, Hyderabad.
- Demonstrate accuracy in reporting, accountability, and readiness to work within a structured quality control framework.
