Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to lead and ensure successful execution of project plans by proactively identifying challenges and implementing structured solutions to deliver client engagements effectively.
• Own the development of client deliverables through facilitating interviews and workshops, conducting detailed analyses via Excel, extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets, and crafting clear, actionable recommendations.
• Cultivate strong and effective relationships with clients and vendors by keenly understanding diverse stakeholder needs and establishing high credibility.
• Support Alpha FMC’s overall business development by co-authoring whitepapers and engaging in market research to uncover new opportunities.
• Contribute innovatively to Alpha’s broader community by driving initiatives within business management or practice areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years' proven experience delivering consulting or change management projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
• Experience working with notable Financial Services entities, preferentially within asset or wealth management firms.
• Background involving Target Operating Model designs, business processes, and/or IT solutions related to distribution, CRM, portfolio & risk management, middle and back office operations, or outsourcing.
• Strong awareness of market trends, drivers, and forecasts in the asset and wealth management landscape.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated ability to develop robust client relationships, including account support and business development contributions.
• Capability and willingness to mentor and coach junior team members.
• Excellent team orientation focused on collective achievements.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Academic excellence with at least a 2:1 degree from a reputable institution.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Readiness to travel as per project requirements.
