Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Travel Consultant to become part of our vibrant FCM team, focusing on managing corporate and academic travel services for a select group of major clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive travel logistics including international flights, car rentals, hotels, and ground transport using Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Efficiently handle complex fare structures, ticket modifications, Phase IV documentation, and itinerary revisions.
• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with assigned corporate clientele.
• Adhere to specified service level agreements while providing superior customer service.
• Follow client-specific protocols and company policies related to ticketing and GDS operations.
• Collaborate actively with colleagues to ensure high-quality client service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager position.
• Proficient with Global Distribution Systems, particularly Sabre.
• Exceptional attention to detail in managing intricate travel plans.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to contribute effectively within team settings.
• Business savvy with a strong orientation towards sales and outstanding client service.

Compensation and Benefits

• First year on-target earnings starting at $85,000+ annually, composed of a $55,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly incentive payments, with superannuation benefits.
