Key Duties

- Conduct preliminary HR interviews to determine candidate fit.
- Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with clients.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Keep candidate records current and organized.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of talented individuals.
- Ensure recruitment targets and deadlines are met promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with both candidates and clients to support long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate eligible to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid grasp of recruitment techniques and processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing strategies.
