Job Overview

DMR Constructions Solutions seeks a seasoned Construction Site Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful execution of various construction projects in Bengaluru. The role involves comprehensive oversight of on-site activities, ensuring project delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline goals while maintaining all regulatory and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct construction projects from mobilization until final handover.
• Create, monitor, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Supervise the work and coordination of Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Ensure all construction work aligns with approved plans, technical specs, and contractual obligations.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Track project progress and initiate corrective measures to maintain schedule adherence.
• Manage procurement, material planning, equipment use, and overall project expenses.
• Conduct quality inspections and uphold quality assurance processes.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies rigorously.
• Review Bills of Quantities, contracts, change orders, and essential documentation.
• Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Identify potential risks and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges swiftly.
• Lead project review meetings, ensuring milestones and budgets are achieved on time.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent discipline.
• Extensive experience, ranging between 8 to over 15 years, in construction project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse construction types including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• PMP or similar project management certification is advantageous.
• Proficient in construction project planning, site supervision, budgeting, contract administration, quality management, HSE compliance, and stakeholder communications.
• Competency in industry standard software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and ERP platforms.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and risk management capabilities.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary range of INR 40,000 to INR 50,000.
