We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Construction Management Coach to assist clients aiming to enter or advance in construction management careers. This role entails instructing essential construction management disciplines such as project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contract negotiation, permit oversight, safety compliance, site and vendor management, sustainability practices, and overall project management expertise. Career coaching responsibilities include resume and LinkedIn profile reviews, cover letter guidance, interview preparation, networking tactics, salary negotiation, and support for freelancing endeavors.

Coaches work remotely on their own schedules and rates while partnering with Leland's team to provide exceptional and personalized client experiences.

Additional Information

This position is contracted, requiring onsite presence in the United States. Candidates must bring practical experience in construction management roles such as project manager or site manager, demonstrating a proven record of delivering projects within time and budget constraints. The coaching approach should be methodical, structured, and adaptable to client needs.
