Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development & Partnerships Coach to assist clients aiming to enter or advance in business development and strategic partnerships roles. The coach will teach essential business development strategies, partnership cultivation, market evaluation, and support clients in enhancing negotiation techniques. This role involves integrating modern tools including AI fundamentals and automation into clients' workflows. Additionally, the coach will provide guidance on career development, encompassing resume and LinkedIn review, cover letter assistance, interview preparation, networking approaches, salary negotiations, and promotional strategy specifically for business development roles. Further, coaches support clients aspiring to high-level partnerships roles through broader skill-building.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess practical experience in business development or partnerships leadership, such as BD leads or partnerships managers. Proven success in deal-making and relationship management is essential. Candidates must have a methodical coaching style that effectively guides clients in both technical expertise and career progression.

Working Conditions

Coaches determine their own schedules and rates. Sessions are conducted virtually, though this position requires onsite presence. Coaches collaborate closely with Leland's team to ensure a high-quality, supportive client experience.
