About the Role
A prominent Saudi development initiative is expanding its legal team by recruiting contentious construction lawyers. This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a rare opportunity to work in-house on a high-profile project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on various claims, disputes, and arbitration cases, including managing the involvement of external legal counsel.
- Handle matters related to commercial contracts, construction, engineering, and financial agreements.
- Deliver strategic guidance aimed at reducing legal and commercial risks.
Candidate Profile
- Must be qualified under common law with 5 to 12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Previous work experience in top-tier law firms or multinational corporate environments is required.
- Proven expertise in handling complex and high-value construction and infrastructure disputes.
