Job Overview

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is seeking a Project Planning Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. The role demands expertise in overseeing and coordinating project plans specifically related to the manufacturing, supply, or installation of doors, kitchens, and cabinets.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of three years’ experience in project planning and management within companies specialized in doors, kitchens, or cabinetry sectors.
• Proficient in developing and tracking project schedules to ensure strict adherence to timelines for execution and delivery.
• Skilled in using ERP systems to manage projects, monitor work orders, materials, and costs effectively.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate closely with technical and execution teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, data analysis, and reporting abilities.
• Preparedness to commence work immediately or following a brief notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulating and monitoring implementation schedules for door, kitchen, and cabinet projects based on approved timelines.
• Maintaining continuous coordination among sales, design, production, procurement, and installation departments to ensure smooth project progression.
• Tracking project progress at every stage to confirm adherence to planned schedules.
• Overseeing material availability and operational needs to prevent delays in execution.
• Compiling periodic reports detailing project status, completion rates, encountered obstacles, and submitting these to management.
• Monitoring work orders and updates through ERP systems ensuring data accuracy.
• Identifying potential risks and proposing appropriate solutions to guarantee on-time and quality project delivery.
• Contributing to enhancing planning procedures and boosting project execution efficiency.
