About the Role
Envertiz Professional Services is looking to recruit an experienced Concrete Plant Operator for a position located in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This role requires proficiency in managing concrete batching plants, coupled with a strong focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and regulate the concrete batching plant to maintain continuous and efficient production processes.
- Oversee the management of raw materials including aggregates, cement, water, and mixture components.
- Ensure precise batching and mixing in accordance with authorized mix designs and project specifications.
- Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to fulfill daily concrete supply requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive production logs, delivery documentation, and material usage records.
- Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience operating a concrete batching plant within the construction sector.
- Familiarity with concrete designs, batching procedures, and plant operation techniques.
- Capable of using both manual and computerized batching systems efficiently.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and performing maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Priority will be given to candidates who are presently residing in the UAE.
