About the Role
Join a prominent multinational company headquartered in Singapore as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist within the Human Resources department. Work collaboratively in a streamlined Total Rewards team comprising five members to influence and enhance compensation strategies across a diverse and expansive employee base.
This hybrid position involves both strategic planning and operational execution, allowing you to design, review, and improve compensation programs while overseeing daily administration of critical rewards processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs and related procedures.
- Perform compensation data analyses, engage in salary benchmarking, and monitor market trends to maintain competitive remuneration structures.
- Manage annual performance appraisal and compensation cycles to ensure efficient completion.
- Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to determine role sizing and salary alignment, utilizing established frameworks such as Mercer.
- Offer specialized guidance to stakeholders regarding compensation policies and industry best practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accountancy, or another relevant discipline.
- Have at least five years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, expertise in market research, and knowledge of regulatory law.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within complex, multinational environments.
- Experience in regional roles will be considered a significant advantage.
