Role Summary

This position involves part-time community outreach focused on special needs education within the Indiranagar area of Bengaluru. The candidate will engage with local therapy centres to promote an autism coding program, aiming to establish and nurture professional relationships that support this educational initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit two nearby therapy centres daily to maintain and build collaborative relationships.
• Promote Forsyntax’s autism coding programme among therapy centers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to outreach efforts that increase program awareness and participation within the community.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline; graduates with special education or psychology backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to undergo training provided by the company to effectively represent the program.
• Ability to work part-time from 10 AM to 2 PM within the Indiranagar locality.

Compensation and Additional Details

• Remuneration includes a base payment of ₹12,000 plus ₹3,000 travel allowance monthly.
• An incentive of ₹500 is provided for each successful referral.
• Onsite roles require daily visits to local therapy centers in the specified area.
