Community Manager

About the Role

Shoonik seeks a Community & Social Media Manager to expand and engage with dog owner communities online. The role requires active participation on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, focusing primarily on Armenian-language communication and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively within Facebook groups, Instagram, and Reddit communities.
• Respond to inquiries from dog owners, offering practical advice and support.
• Recommend the Shoonik app in conversations where it is relevant and helpful.
• Gather and report insights and feedback from the user community to support product development and engagement strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong written communication skills suitable for social media and online communities.
• Proficiency and experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit platforms.
• Solid understanding of community management principles and practices.
• Fluency in Armenian is mandatory; knowledge of English and Russian is advantageous.
• Passion for dogs and pets, with a genuine interest in engaging with pet owner communities.
