Key Responsibilities

As a Community Home Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support including companionship, help with personal care, medication assistance, and domestic tasks that promote independence and quality of life for our service users. Your role will contribute directly to enriching clients' everyday experiences.

Training and Experience

No prior care experience is necessary; we offer full training to equip you with the required skills and opportunities to pursue formal qualifications such as diplomas. Our supportive approach welcomes newcomers passionate about making a positive impact.

Work Schedule and Compensation

You can select shifts during 7am to 10pm, opting for day, evening, or both. Full-time employment offers a starting salary of £26,450 annually or an hourly wage if working part-time, with flexible contracted hours dependent on availability.
