Role overview

This is a strategic growth position for a partner company, with applications and hiring steps handled by that employer. The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is designed for someone who can help expand a global contributor network across multiple regions.

You will focus on improving acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion through practical growth systems, rigorous analysis, and repeatable processes. The work combines community development, marketplace growth, and operational execution, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes, testing, and continuous refinement.

What you will do

  • Build and run scalable acquisition plans to increase contributor and user participation in priority markets and regions.
  • Spot growth opportunities by studying market conditions, geographic concentration, and performance trends.
  • Improve onboarding and activation journeys so users reach first participation faster and convert more effectively.
  • Strengthen network density by growing active contributor coverage and supporting balanced expansion across markets.
  • Create and oversee referral and organic growth programs that support durable, community-led growth.
  • Track acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement results, then use the findings to guide optimization work.
  • Plan and assess structured growth experiments, then apply learnings that improve efficiency and scale.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and strategic recommendations for leadership based on business impact.

What is expected

  • Experience of 4 to 8+ years in growth, community expansion, marketplace development, user acquisition, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to build and scale distributed user communities, marketplaces, contributor networks, or comparable ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skill set with hands-on experience in funnels, conversion tracking, retention review, and performance improvement.
  • Ability to design, run, and evaluate experiments that improve acquisition, activation, and engagement outcomes.
  • Comfort working across several geographic markets and tailoring growth approaches to different user groups.
  • A data-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to measurable results.
  • Capability to work autonomously, manage priorities well, and perform in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
