Role Summary

The Senior Living Community Engagement Manager is a newly created position focused on fostering strong educational and engagement connections with senior living community partners and residents. This role requires cultivating meaningful relationships with staff at assigned facilities, ensuring their positive experience with Curana, which in turn supports enhanced patient and family satisfaction. The position plays a crucial role in engagement and partner retention by delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication and meetings with community staff such as Executive Directors and Directors of Health and Wellness at assigned senior living communities.
  • Identify and develop a “Curana Champion” within each facility to strengthen partnerships.
  • Utilize and present data dashboards to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
  • Report operational issues and insights from the facilities back to Clinical Operations leaders.
  • Facilitate and participate in educational and social events hosted by both the facility and Curana Health.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing, sales, wellness, and leadership stakeholders within the community.
  • Remain responsive to facility needs and effectively communicate feedback to the internal team.
  • Coordinate and lead patient and family engagement activities and educational programs.
  • Promote awareness of Curana’s services among residents and assist with enrolling them in appropriate offerings.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent college diploma.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people interaction.
  • Preferred experience in sales or consulting roles.
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in senior living environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting others.
  • Highly organized with a willingness to learn and contribute to the company’s mission.
  • Flexibility and availability for travel up to 100% as required.
