Role Overview
The Senior Living Community Engagement Manager is a newly created position aimed at educating and interacting with senior living community partners and their residents. This role involves building strong, personal relationships with designated facility partners to ensure an excellent experience and foster engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and meet with community staff such as Executive Directors, Directors of Health and Wellness, and Directors of Sales & Marketing at assigned senior living communities.
- Identify and develop relationships with a “Curana Champion” within each facility to serve as a key internal partner.
- Share relevant data and dashboards focusing on performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide reports to Clinical Operations leadership regarding operational challenges observed onsite.
- Coordinate and participate in facility and Curana Health-led educational and social events.
- Act as a liaison among stakeholders including nursing, sales, wellness, and leadership teams.
- Respond attentively to the needs of each facility and communicate these requirements back to the Curana team.
- Lead patient and family engagement initiatives by organizing and hosting educational events.
- Promote awareness of Curana's services among senior living residents and assist with service sign-ups.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or college diploma.
- Personable and outgoing, with a passion for interacting with others.
- Preferred experience in sales or consulting roles.
- Strongly preferred background in senior living environments.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Committed to helping others and passionate about the role.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a growing organization.
- Willing and able to travel up to 100% as required.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is USD 80,000 to USD 96,000, dependent on qualifications such as education, experience, and certifications. Curana offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits subject to eligibility.
