Job description

Role Overview

F1 Arcade is hiring a Community and Partnerships Manager in Denver to act as one of the first points of contact for guests and to help shape memorable first impressions. This position focuses on building strong connections across the city through events, creator collaborations, partnerships, and culturally relevant activations.

The role is designed for someone who can bring energy, warmth, and consistency to every interaction. You will help turn the venue into a place people actively talk about, return to, celebrate in, and recommend to others. A major part of the job is delivering polished, high-impact, brand-aligned experiences that support guest traffic, revenue growth, and broader community awareness.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing, US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional, guest-first service that reflects the F1 Arcade brand experience.
  • Partner with the US social marketing team on local influencer activity, content capture, community storytelling, and brand narrative development.
  • Manage a group of local creators, arrange briefings and shoot schedules, and make sure all content matches the brand voice and quality standards.
  • Work alongside the People team to highlight workplace culture and employee stories.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Digital, and PR teams to strengthen impact across guest and brand touchpoints.
  • Identify and activate local marketing moments tied to events, holidays, food and beverage occasions, and seasonal trends.
  • Develop and execute localized marketing plans, support calendar campaigns at the city level, and keep execution aligned with brand expectations.
  • Oversee the full production process for events and campaigns, including approvals, asset handoff, and rollout across digital, in-venue, and out-of-home channels.
  • Review campaign results with the marketing team, evaluate return on investment, and suggest improvements based on performance data.
  • Track, report on, and refine local marketing activity to improve future execution.
  • Build relationships with community and culture groups, sports teams, nonprofits, media outlets, and relevant local businesses.
  • Seek out co-marketing opportunities and partnership collaborations that expand reach and awareness.
  • Be available on site during variable hours, including weekends and holiday or race periods, to support influencers, media, event hosts, community partners, and activations.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or another fast-paced guest-facing environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support guests confidently and resolve issues quickly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and dependable, with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and positive energy when working with teams.
  • Comfort working flexible in-venue hours, including weekends and seasonal peak periods.
  • Ability to consistently reflect the company values of pursuit of excellence, positive energy, integrity, and team spirit.

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular presence in a venue environment. Team members may need to sit briefly at times, speak frequently on the phone or through cloud-based video tools, and handle objects continuously.

Physical duties can include lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds when needed, lifting from floor to shoulder and overhead on occasion, frequent twisting and reaching, constant grasping and object handling, and standing or walking for long periods. The work may involve moving between hot and cold environments, frequent handwashing and sanitation, possible close-quarters movement in a smaller work area, and the use of knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools.

Equal Opportunity

F1 Arcade is an equal opportunity employer. Hiring decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
