About CoreView
CoreView is a worldwide leader in Microsoft 365 tenant resilience, supporting more than 23 million users across the globe. The company helps major organisations handle the complexity of Microsoft 365 by combining strong security, careful governance, and a cloud-native platform built for automation, fast impact, and complete visibility across the M365 environment.
With a collaborative and innovative culture, CoreView says its work has direct impact on large enterprises and that team members’ ideas are valued.
Role overview
CoreView is hiring a Community & Advocacy Coordinator to strengthen its visibility within the Microsoft 365 governance and security ecosystem. This is an entry-level position with hands-on responsibility from the beginning, including support for Microsoft MVP relationships, the rollout of CoreView’s advocacy programme, and distribution of Security Labs content to the right audiences.
CoreView Security Labs is a new research and commentary platform for Microsoft 365 security professionals, scheduled to launch publicly in September 2026. The role plays an important part in helping this content reach the community and generate engagement.
The company is seeking someone early in a marketing or community career who is interested in cybersecurity and the Microsoft ecosystem, stays organised, and enjoys relationship-building.
Microsoft MVP and influencer programme
- Keep CoreView’s relationships with Microsoft MVPs in the M365 and security space organised and active.
- Handle regular communication, meeting scheduling, and engagement follow-ups with MVPs and influencers.
- Maintain programme records and ensure the contact database stays current.
Customer advocacy initiative
- Assist in developing a structured customer advocacy programme by identifying possible advocates and managing onboarding.
- Create engagement and recognition touchpoints that help advocates stay involved.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to use advocates in campaigns and events.
CoreView Security Labs
- Work with Kasper, the technical lead for Security Labs, to promote content through community channels such as LinkedIn, Microsoft tech communities, and practitioner forums.
- Coordinate distribution for both long-form research and quick-turn news commentary.
- Make sure MVPs, influencers, and other community members see and interact with Security Labs content after publication.
- Support the public launch of Security Labs in September 2026 and help grow its community presence from the beginning.
Community and brand building
- Manage CoreView’s daily activity across community channels.
- Watch discussions, identify relevant conversations, and support engagement.
- Bring forward ideas that help CoreView strengthen its authority in M365 governance.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, community, or communications; internships are acceptable.
- Strong writing ability with the flexibility to adjust tone for different audiences.
- Well-organised and dependable, with the ability to manage several relationships and keep work moving.
- Real interest in technology and the Microsoft ecosystem; deep technical expertise is not required, but curiosity is important.
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and external partners such as MVPs and influencers.
- Self-starting approach with the ability to notice what needs attention and act on it without being prompted.
Preferred experience
- Familiarity with the Microsoft MVP programme or the M365 community.
- Exposure to community platforms, social listening tools, or CRM systems.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or another technology company.
