Role Summary

CoreView is looking for a highly organized People Operations Coordinator to support daily HR and people operations on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on delivering a smooth employee journey by taking full ownership of onboarding and offboarding, while also helping with ongoing people processes, compliance tracking, employee updates, and coordination across teams.

This position suits someone who works proactively, handles confidential information with care, and can independently manage recurring operational workflows in a busy environment.

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Arrange onboarding communication, logistics, and system-related tasks for new hires.
  • Make sure all required forms, records, and setup steps are completed.
  • Follow up on unfinished onboarding items and monitor progress closely.
  • Handle offboarding steps, including termination processing and return of company property or materials.
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, managers, and other internal partners to make transitions as smooth as possible.

People Operations Support

  • Process employee record changes such as title updates, pay adjustments, manager changes, and other lifecycle updates.
  • Provide first-response support for HR-related questions.
  • Run regular checks on employee documents and chase pending e-signature requests.
  • Track completion of required compliance training in internal systems.
  • Assist with payroll audit reviews to confirm employee changes are correct before payroll is processed.

Employee Experience and Program Coordination

  • Contribute to a positive onboarding experience through materials, messaging, and welcome content.
  • Support employee recognition and engagement activities such as anniversaries, celebrations, and internal spotlights.
  • Help organize leadership sessions, onboarding events, and employee-focused programs.
  • Partner with the People Team on culture initiatives, seasonal events, and other programs that strengthen connection across the workforce.

Qualifications

  • Background in HR, People Operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong ability to stay organized and manage recurring tasks without close supervision.
  • High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfort working with confidential employee data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with onboarding and offboarding processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience using HR systems is preferred, especially HiBob and ADP.

Contract and Working Arrangements

This is a 6-month contract role. It is remote-friendly and involves collaboration with a global team. The working structure is full-time depending on business needs and hiring volume.
