Your Role and Impact
You will design, support, and implement innovative communication strategies that elevate awareness of the company’s expertise and assets, focusing on public sector and related areas globally. Working within the Social, Healthcare & Public Entities practice, your contributions will reinforce institutional ties and broaden engagement across diverse stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior communication professionals and stakeholders to deliver advanced communication programs, campaigns across multiple media channels, and public engagements. By adhering to clear project guidelines and insights, you will align efforts strategically and measure their effectiveness.
Based in a European or Middle Eastern office, you will support marketing and communication activities for a vast practice that serves thousands of clients worldwide, helping improve social outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, structured, and engaging communication materials (memos, emails, briefs, blogs, scripts) ensuring high editorial standards and adaptation for relevant languages.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to tailor communications appropriately across various marketing funnel stages.
- Lead communication efforts for reports, events, digital projects, and storytelling content to maximize impact and audience engagement.
- Conduct strategic reviews and compile competitor and audience insights to inform leadership and optimize communication campaigns.
- Guarantee consistency in branding and messaging according to firm standards across platforms and channels, supporting brand evolution.
- Manage complex projects and workstreams either independently or collaboratively, ensuring alignment with communication objectives.
- Drive reputation-building initiatives through media monitoring, public relations, and knowledge dissemination efforts.
- Establish strategies for metrics and data collection to measure campaign results and guide outreach improvements using standardized frameworks.
- Oversee routine institution risk communication and utilize data to evaluate client development, media engagement, and ROI.
- Create and maintain contact databases to enhance distribution and audience interaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years in business communications, preferably in professional services, corporate communication, government, or agency settings.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiarity with firm tools such as Box and Slack; proficiency with Generative AI tools.
- Understanding of communication strategies related to mission-driven organizations in public and social sectors.
- Expertise across diverse communication channels including media relations, executive communications, events, and internal/external communications.
- Capability to independently manage multiple projects amid a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment using agile practices and iterative workflows.
- Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams, promote inclusivity, and foster a collaborative, trust-based atmosphere.
- Strong influencing skills to harmonize priorities across diverse stakeholders including senior leaders.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
