- Coordinate with freelance creative partners to produce content assets and related creative materials when needed.
- Support website copy revisions and messaging improvements in collaboration with Digital Marketing.
Internal Communications
- Plan and deliver employee communications such as internal newsletters, leadership updates, town hall materials, talking points, and other staff-facing messaging.
- Improve internal communication processes to make them more efficient and reduce unnecessary communication load.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to keep messaging consistent for major initiatives and announcements.
Public Relations and Brand Support
- Assist with responsive public relations needs alongside leadership and outside agencies or resources when required.
- Support crisis communications efforts with leadership, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and outside partners as needed.
- Help create and coordinate messages, talking points, and communication plans for sensitive or urgent organizational issues.
- Contribute to messaging and communication materials for organizational initiatives, provider announcements, new services, and strategic priorities.
- Keep brand voice and message consistency aligned across communication channels.
AI and Process Innovation
- Support the rollout and improvement of AI-driven content creation tools and workflows within Marketing.
- Look for ways to make content production faster and more efficient while protecting quality and brand standards.
- Help build templates, processes, and playbooks that can be reused at scale.
Supervisory Scope
- This position may supervise interns, freelancers, agencies, or other outside partners supporting communications and content work.
