Role Overview

Coaches provide mentorship on persuasion, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution methods. They also incorporate guidance on utilizing AI tools and automation relevant to communication practices. Ideal candidates bring practical experience in communication or public speaking, whether as speakers, trainers, or industry professionals, alongside a proven history of guiding individuals to communicate clearly and confidently.
