Work Schedule and Culture

This role offers a 4-day workweek, giving you three days off each week and more flexibility in how you organize your free time.

Role Overview

As a Commis de Rang, you help keep service running smoothly at your station. You maintain clean tables and work areas, support your team in delivering seamless service, and make sure guests experience the high standard of food and hospitality that the concept is known for. In this role, you bring energy, professionalism, and a strong guest focus to every shift.

Key Duties

• Keep your section organized so service flows efficiently and the team can work smoothly together, even during busy periods.
• Help uphold the quality of the dining experience and align your colleagues with the same standard of service.
• Use your hospitality training and experience to create a memorable, positive impression for each guest.

What We Are Looking For

The company values character and attitude just as much as your résumé. You should already have completed your training and gained some first experience in hospitality. A genuine enjoyment of working with people, along with an interest in food, drinks, and discovering new concepts, will help you succeed in this role.

Additional Information

You will work full time under a 4-day week model, with full pay and unchanged vacation entitlement. As part of the team, you can stay free of charge for up to 10 nights per year in 25hours Hotels.
