Work Schedule

This role is offered in a 4-day workweek, giving you three days off each week and more flexibility to plan your personal time.

Role Overview

As a Commis de Rang, you will help keep service smooth, flexible, and well organized. You’ll make sure tables and work areas remain clean and ready, support seamless teamwork during busy periods, and contribute to a polished dining experience that matches the restaurant’s standards.

Key Duties

• Keep service routines adaptable and maintain tidy tables and workstations so the team can function efficiently, even during peak rushes.
• Support the restaurant’s quality expectations and help ensure guests receive a memorable level of service.
• Use your professional training to create positive guest moments and leave a strong impression.

Candidate Profile

The ideal person brings practical training, an outgoing attitude, and a genuine interest in hospitality. Personality is valued as highly as experience, and the team is looking for someone who enjoys working with people, appreciates good food and drinks, and is open to discovering new culinary ideas.
