Role Overview
The Commis Chef plays a vital role in ensuring excellent, consistent service and preparing high-quality food products. This position requires providing courteous, professional, and adaptable service aligned with the outlet’s operational philosophy and the standards set by Hyatt International.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or alternatively 2 years as an Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant known for maintaining good standards.
- Basic culinary abilities essential for the role.
- Well-grounded knowledge of hygiene practices related to food preparation and kitchen safety.
