Role overview
This contract role sits within a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence that operates through close partnerships, strong candidate relationships, and a focus on senior-level hiring. The work is not based on high-volume requisitions; instead, it emphasizes thoughtful engagement with passive talent, a strong hiring experience, and building durable pipelines for future needs.
The assignment is remote, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and runs for 6 months with the possibility of an extension.
What the role will cover
You will act as a senior recruiter responsible for end-to-end hiring across a range of commercial and delivery positions in the Americas. The role requires a high degree of independence, from initial intake through to offer management, while reflecting a consultative and passive-first recruitment style.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle for Director-level and other senior commercial or delivery roles, including intake, assessment, offer negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and sustain passive talent pipelines through proactive outreach, personalised communication, and long-term relationship management rather than dependency on job-board sourcing.
- Work closely with senior hiring leaders and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor on role design, market positioning, and recruitment approach.
- Conduct structured, competency-based evaluations aligned to the organisation’s leadership framework so senior hiring decisions are consistent and rigorous.
- Handle complex offer conversations, including salary band alignment, equity-related discussions, and role-specific considerations, in coordination with TA and reward partners.
- Keep ATS records accurate and current, and support clear reporting on pipeline status and time-to-fill metrics.
- Provide a polished candidate journey that matches the seniority of the roles and supports employer brand reputation.
Experience and background
The ideal candidate brings strong senior-level recruiting experience, preferably in professional services, technology, or consulting settings. Experience hiring commercial, go-to-market, or senior delivery talent is important, along with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility.
You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, global matrix environment and be familiar with enterprise ATS platforms and disciplined data management.
Preferred exposure
Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have recruited across multiple Americas markets, worked with AI-enabled or automation-supported recruitment processes, or supported hiring within IT services, consulting, or systems integration organisations.
